Heavy Duty Jeep Wrangler Front Bumper with Stinger Hoop

Heavy Duty Front Bumper for a Jeep Wrangler TJ. This Bumper has a nice big Stinger hoop brush guard on the front of it for good looks and protection. The Stinger will stand out in front of your Jeep and really protect the grille against damage.

Custom built using Heavy Duty 3/16 Steel Box frame 2 inch x 5 inch. This is a strong steel bumper 50 inches long.

The end of the square tubing is cut 6 inches from the end and angled up and out of the way of rocks and obstacles. The end is then caped with 3/16 steel. The welds are all ground to a polished finish.

The mounting brackets are strong 3/16 steel plate and built to mount to all 6 mounting bolts on the TJ's front frame. Includes a Custom bent stinger hoop. The Hoop is welded to the bumper and will provide protection to the grille and a winch. This bumper works very well with any winch and winch plate. The bumper is in front of the Jeeps frame and normal winch mounting point. Tleaving room for a winch, winch plate adn roller farlead.

The hoop is built using 1.75 inch .120 wall DOM tubing. This is the same tubing used to build race car roll cages. It looks good and will provide protection for the grille. This bumper is compatable with all TJ Winch mounting plates. The hoop will provide protection to any winch.

This is the size of the Bumper on the front of my Jeep TJ. It shows the width of 50 inches relative to the Jeep Wranglers body width. This bumper is Rubicon trail rated. This picture is in the big sluice on the Rubicon trail. Notice the bumper on my Jeep has a square tube grille protector. I have since upgraded to building the hoops using DOM tubing.
